This is kind of a minimalist set... I'm in a really weird mood today (and most other days, too)
 
I woke up an hour ago! :D i love weekends. God we have so much homework though. We must study for a hugeeeeee global test, do a worksheet that our incompetent science teacher gave us, research ancient medieval instruments for music, and study for french Dx
 
Tomorrow is my sister's school's fair! It's called the Fall Fest and it's really fun--mainly because of the amount of sweets there. Then I have to go to my church's pumpkin selling-thing, which is great because we always get a TON of apple cider... and we get our pumpkin!
 
What do you guys think you'll be for Halloween? I have literally no clue... Halloween costumes stress me out. :P

I've haven't posted here for a while because my life has been kind of extremely hectic, but I plan on posting more! :D
 
How is everyone? I'm back at school with all my friends and an awkward situation and a terrible science teacher and a lot of stress, but it's sort of getting better. I'm taking ballet now along with modern and it's REALLY fun. I'm also going to do voice with guitar, and I've been writing songs.
 
@little-lulu-ladybug and I stretch allllll summer and now I CAN DO A SPLIT. OH YEAH. not without extreme pain, of course, but still.
I also have my own rooooom... it's painted a light lavender and has a huge window with lovely lace curtains (i loveee lace) and it's allll mine :D

Sara Bareilles is an amazing singer whom I have recently become obsessed with. Her songs are really catchy, the lyrics are really great and she has a fantastic voice.

Pindot Blouse from AE: This is a really loose blouse that is great for summer and super hot days. It's really pretty and the little dots are cute :)
 
Lace Shirt from AE: This is tight and all lace-y (I LOVE LACE). It's form-fitting and looks really good.
 
Purple shirt from Children's Place: Yes, it is from Children's Place. NO JUDGING. I'M JUST SLEEPING IN IT.
 
Blue High-Waisted Shorts from Children's Place: Yes, it is also from Children's Place. NO JUDGING. It's pretty and the first pair of high-waisted shorts.
 
Off to stretch! I'm joining a ballet class next year (as well as modern dance) AND I SHALL BE ABLE TO DO THE SPLITS. This is obviously not realistic, but I'm going to be in denial and try anyway.
Also, I've seen like 3 ballets in the past month, which along with being awesome and beautiful and graceful, made me extremely jealous of all ballet dancers.
 
AND I've started watching this show called Breaking Pointe. IT'S SO ADDICTIVE. It's basically a reality show about ballet dancers and their career and their dancing and... since no reality show is complete without this element... their RELATIONSHIPS.
ROLAND AND KATIE ARE SO CUTE TOGETHER BUT KATIE HAS TO LEAVE AND NOW ROLAND IS SUPER SAD AND SO IS KATIE AND REX AND ALLISON ARE DATING BUT THEY SHOULD BREAK UP BECAUSE THEY GET IN FIGHTS ALL THE TIME AND ALLISON SHOULD JUST TELL HER OLD BF TO GET OVER HIMSELF AND STOP BEING ANNOYED ABOUT HER DOING BALLET FOR HEAVEN'S SAKE THEY WERE ABOUT TO GET MARRIED AND WHY IS BECKANNE SO PRETTY.

This isn't a great set, but basically it's exactly what I'm wearing today! The shirt actually has small black polkadots on it, but you can't see it very well since the quality isn't great. It's a great summer shirt, since it's very loose and thin and cool.

Basically, she's just freaking amazing

This is my first OOTD :) I was looking through some of the tops on Polyvore today, and I saw my shirt! So i got really excited and made an OOTD >.<
Ahhh! My camp holds auditions on Tuesday for a part in Hello Dolly! I'm probably going to sing "As We Stumble Along" from The Drowsy Chaperone, since it's completely in my vocal range and really fun to sing. I just have to remember EYE CONTACT. Or my audition will die and I'll just be a random storekeeper :(

Sutton Foster is a fantastic actress! She's been in The Drowsy Chaperone (AMAZING MUSICAL) plus lots of other stuff, and now she's starring in Bunheads, which is a really funny ABC Family comedy :D watch it! You'll love it!
